Our pricing reflects the different levels of experience.
- Junior Stylists are new to hairdressing and trained and supervised by our senior team members.
- Emerging Stylists are fully qualified, with 3-5 years’ experience, and highly capable.
- Senior Stylists have 5-10 years’ experience and have built up a loyal client base through their advanced hairdressing abilities and customer service.
- Our Art Director provides an exclusive styling and colour service, drawing on 20+ years’ experience at the top of the industry. Advance bookings are essential.

New Clients are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment that is over 2 hours long.
Please understand that we are a small business so late cancellations or no shows will be charged a 50% fee on their next service.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
As a small, independently owned business, we know you’ll understand the reason for our 24-hour cancellation policy, which not only protects our business, but also ensures fair treatment for all our clients.
If you are a new client, we will ask for a 50% deposit for any appointment over 2 hours at the time of booking.
We understand that sometimes plans change, so if you give us more than 24 hours’ notice to change your appointment, the deposit will be held for your next booking. If the change is within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
Messages left on Sundays or public holidays will only be regarded as lodged the morning of the next business day.
We text all clients two days prior to their appointment as a courtesy reminder. If you do not reply to confirm within 24 hours, we will assume you no longer want the appointment and reserve the right to offer it to another client.
Please understand that late cancellations / or no shows are a loss of business for us and unfair to other clients who may otherwise have been able to take that time slot.

The prices shown above are the minimum charges and may not reflect the final cost of your visit. Extra charges are likely to occur for longer or thicker hair, but we will discuss this with you prior to starting work.
As part of our committment to sustainability we are part of the Sustainable Salons program and have a $3 green fee at the end of your service..
